Shipping Policy

All orders include free next-day delivery across the United Kingdom. There are no delivery charges at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 9am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day. Orders placed after 9am, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery timescales

  • UK mainland: next working day after dispatch
  • Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands: 3–5 working days
  • Remote postcodes (e.g. AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE): 3–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or peak periods such as Christmas. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay to your order.

Our carriers

We dispatch orders using the following trusted carriers depending on your location and order size: Royal Mail, Evri, and FedEx.

Signature on delivery

A signature is required on all deliveries. This ensures your laptop arrives safely and is received by the correct person. If you are unavailable to sign at the time of delivery:

  • The carrier will leave a calling card with instructions
  • You can rearrange delivery for a more convenient date via the carrier’s app or website
  • You may be able to collect your parcel from a local depot or nominated pick-up point

Parcels will not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour without your prior arrangement with the carrier.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within one working day of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Packaging

Every laptop is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We use protective padding and sturdy outer boxes. If your item arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.

Incorrect delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made. Technology Core Ltd accepts no liability for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

International shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
