Are your refurbished laptops reliable?
Absolutely. Every device goes through a rigorous multi-point inspection before it is listed for sale — battery, screen, keyboard, ports, performance and more. Any faulty components are replaced with quality parts before the laptop is graded and listed. Our 14-month warranty and 28-day returns are our commitment to that reliability.
How can I place an order online?
Browse our website, add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll enter your shipping and payment details, then complete your purchase through our secure checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What is your shipping policy?
Free next-day delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, and you’ll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
What warranty do I get?
Every laptop comes with a 14-month warranty as standard. If a fault develops in that time, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost — no quibbles, no hidden conditions.
Can I return a laptop if I change my mind?
Yes — a 28-day no-quibble returns policy. Contact us within 28 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a free collection and full refund. The laptop must be returned in the condition it was received.
