Returns & Warranty Policy

At Technology Core, we stand behind the quality of our certified refurbished technology. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

 28-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, accessories, and power cables included.

  • Process: To start a return, please contact our Leicester support team at support@technologycore.uk

  • Return Shipping: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

  • 14-Month Comprehensive Warranty

Every laptop we sell includes our industry-leading 14-Month Warranty at no extra cost.

  • What’s Covered: Hardware failures, including motherboard issues, screen defects, and keyboard malfunctions.

  • What’s Not Covered: Accidental damage (liquid spills, drops), software issues/viruses, or unauthorized repairs.

  • The Resolution: Within the warranty period, we will repair your device. If a repair is not possible, we will replace it with a like-for-like model.

 Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the first 28 days:

  • We will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.

You are entitled to a full refund, a repair, or a replacement.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack Securely: Use the original box or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 working days), we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • Backup Your Data: Technology Core is not responsible for data loss. Please ensure all personal files are backed up before returning a device.
 

How to Return an Item

Email support@technologycore.uk with your order number and reason. We will respond within 2 business days with a returns authorisation and instructions.

Return Postage

Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return postage. Faulty items: we provide a free pre-paid label.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds processed within 3 days of receiving your item, back to your original payment method.

Your Legal Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without reason. Our 28-day policy exceeds this minimum. Your statutory rights are not affected.
