Good vs Excellent — which grade should you choose?
Good grade laptops have light cosmetic wear — minor scratches or scuffs on the case — but are fully tested and work exactly as they should. They are the best value option if you mainly care about performance and do not mind a few visible signs of previous use.
Excellent grade laptops show minimal signs of use and look close to new. They cost a little more than Good grade but are ideal if appearance matters to you as much as performance.
Either way, every laptop we sell — Good or Excellent — passes the same 30-point inspection, so reliability is never a trade-off.
