If a covered fault cannot be repaired, Technology Core will provide a like-for-like replacement where available.
Does accidental damage count as a warranty fault?
No. Accidental damage such as drops, impacts or liquid damage is not covered by the standard 14-month warranty.

No. Software issues, malware and viruses are not covered by the standard hardware warranty.
