How to process?

The Buy It Now Price of this Listing is a fee to cover the collection / shipping of your device to us. Once we diagnose the issue with your device, we will then promptly contact you to discuss the options you have and associated repair fees, and only once we have your authorization, will we then go ahead and carry out the repair.

Once the repair is complete, we will contact you once more to arrange a convenient time to ship the device back to you, fully tracked and insured.

Once you hit Buy It Now on this listing, you will be contacted within an hour via email by an engineer asking you for some basic details about your device and the problems you are experiencing with it.

You will then be sent a shipping label and asked to box up your device, ready for collection by a courier.

Once collected, we will expect to receive your device the next business day and then begin our diagnosis and staged process for repair:

1.    Clean using an Ultrasonic Cleaner to repair corrosion and contamination after liquid damage.

2.    Diagnosis of faults using the latest testing equipment and schematics (map of the logic board).

3.    Repair the problem and replace needed components.

4.    Laptop MOT – clean the fans, heat sinks and apply new thermal paste to the CPU.

5.    Use an Apple Approved Diagnostic Software to make sure your laptop is running like to was before the damage.

6.    Pack your device ready for return shipping.
